01Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and lkb8 ("Company", "we", "Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or using any service on lkb8, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the lkb8 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02User Eligibility

To register and use lkb8 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services.
• You are registering voluntarily in your own personal capacity, not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• Never having had a lkb8 account previously closed due to a terms violation.

Lkb8 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if the eligibility requirements are found to be unmet. Any winnings obtained by an ineligible user may be voided.

03Registration and Account Management

Each user is only permitted to register one (1) account only at lkb8. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including:

• Full name as it appears on your official identification document.
• Valid national identification card or passport number.
• Exact date of birth.
• An active email address that you own.
• An active Malaysia mobile phone number.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. lkb8 is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or inaccurate information.

04Deposits and Payment Methods

Lkb8 supports a variety of deposit methods suited for users in Malaysia. All deposits are processed securely through trusted and encrypted payment channels.

Available deposit methods include:

• DuitNow — Instant transfer using your phone number or national ID number.
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — Direct online bank transfer.
• TNG eWallet (Touch 'n Go) — Deposit directly from your Touch 'n Go eWallet.
• Boost — Payment via the Boost app.
• GrabPay — Deposit using GrabPay credits.
• Local Bank Transfer — Direct transfer to the designated lkb8 bank account.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. Deposits are usually credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes after the payment has been successfully processed. If your deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact our customer support with proof of payment.

05Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your lkb8 account are subject to the following terms and procedures:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per application.
• Withdrawals via e-wallet (TNG, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals via bank transfer require 1 to 24 hours on business days.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or digital wallet that registered under the user's name the same.
• Lkb8 reserves the right to request KYC verification documents before processing a first-time withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit.

Any withdrawal involving bonus funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirements. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.

06Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Lkb8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, affected bets will be refunded or settled at lkb8's discretion based on server records.

• Lkb8 reserves the right to remove any game from the platform at any time.

08Prohibited Conduct

Lkb8 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person or under a false identity.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to automate gameplay or activities on the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in any lkb8 game or system.
• Conducting money laundering through the lkb8 platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting support staff or other players.
• Transferring funds between different user accounts without lkb8's authorisation.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your true location or identity for fraudulent purposes.

Lkb8 employs an advanced monitoring system that automatically detects suspicious activity. Any violation will be acted upon promptly, including account freezing, voiding of winnings, and legal action where necessary.

09Account Closure and Suspension

Lkb8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• False or incomplete registration information.
• Failure to submit the required KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Activities suspected of fraud or money laundering.
• Voluntary account closure request by the user.
• The user has applied for a self-exclusion under the responsible gaming program.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, lkb8 reserves the right to forfeit your account balance, including any bonus funds and related wins. For voluntary closures or closures not involving fraud, any valid account balance will be returned to you upon completion of the verification process.

10Limitation of Liability

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

Lkb8's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Privacy and Data Protection
